Bookings with children younger than 12 years are best accommodated in our family villas – The Chapel or Villa Da Praia. Children above the age of 12 years are welcome in all of the Main Villa suites.
Both Villa Da Praia and The Chapel offer private dining which is perfect for a family with younger children. However, should parents wish to dine at the Main Villa or in one of our other private dining areas, they are most welcome to do so but they would need to arrange for one of our child minding staff during this time.
Children need adult supervision in all pool areas at all times.
Children under the age of 5 years stay complimentary. Camp cots can be provided on request. Child minding is available on request at an additional charge.
BOOKING POLICY-PEAK PERIOD BOOKINGS• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirming a reservation
• Final payment will be required 60 days prior to arrival
• For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 7 days
of making the reservation

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars, should payments be made in a currency other than USD,
the exchange rate on the day of payment will apply

• Agents and clients are responsible for the full bank charge amounts that are payable for

CANCELLATION POLICYUpon confirmation of reservation, reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is
cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation.
Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to:•Low season bookings: cancellation at more than 45 days prior to arrival attract a 25% cancellation
penalty. Cancellation at 45 days or less prior to arrival attract a 100% cancellation fee.
•Peak season bookings: cancellation at more than 60 days prior to arrival attract a 25% cancellation
penalty. Cancellation at 60 days or less prior to arrival attract a 100% cancellation fee. Peak season
includes the months of July and August as well as the period 20 December – 10 January
